Patricia A. Wrixon has over 25 years of experience in the beauty and hair related industries. After recognizing that there were limited hair replacement options available for women, Ms. Wrixon spoke with a number of oncologists and started a firm for women's hair replacement.
1983-1993: Co-Founded P.K. Walsh, a women's hair replacement salon. This salon initially served women who had lost their hair as a side effect of cancer treatments. Soon after, the company expanded their clientele to include other medical and non-medical hair loss conditions.
1994-present: The Salon at 10 Newbury, a recognized women's hair replacement center, offers a wide range of wigs and hairpieces to women experiencing hair loss. In addition, The Salon offers hair replacement clients color and hair services, as well as facials and waxing.
2001-2005: Co-Founded The Women's Image Center, a health boutique providing specialized services for women in need of wigs and breast prosthesis.

The framework of her career and interests has always been to help women improve their image. Ms. Wrixon has the expertise to offer women options to help them resolve hair loss issues in a private and comfortable setting. Ms. Wrixon can recommend hairstyles from a contemporary collection of wigs and hairpieces that are easy to care for, natural looking and ready to wear, enabling women to look and feel like themselves again.

Ms. Wrixon has lectured extensively to diverse groups such as the American Hair Loss Council, various civic, social and medical groups, as well as, to students of beauty academies throughout the greater Boston area. With her experience in the hair loss industry, she has been a volunteer at the Friends Boutique at Dana Farber Hospital, and other women's service oriented organizations. In addition, Ms. Wrixon has been acknowledged as a hair replacement specialist in Carolyn Kaelin's book Living Through Breast Cancer: A Guide to Surviving Breast Cancer.

Michelle Fournier

Michelle Fournier is the owner and founder of abandon Ship Industries, an independent clothing company based in Lynn, MA where she looks after all design, production and sales operations. Michelle is passionate about designing clothes that "fit" for every individual. Michelle is responsible for Jillies garment designs. She has channeled her love of fashion and desire to create clothing that is practical, wearable and unique and designed the Jillies line of treatment garments for women.

Michelle is no outsider to the fashion industry having spent the past 14 years working with Geoffrey B. Small Italia. In this role, she was in charge of running all wholesale and retail productions as well as designing and developing clothing lines for the men's and women's collection each fall and spring that was shown in Paris.

Drawing on these years of experience working with Geoffrey, Michelle began to develop her own line of clothing under the abandon Ship Industries name, where she now focuses mainly on creating unique pieces that are tailor made to fit each client.

Passionate about fashion design and its possibilities, Michelle provides a one on one kind of service that affords her clients the opportunity to have a unique piece of clothing designed specifically for them.

Her work has been recognized by some of the most discerning names in both the beauty and fashion worlds. It is this recognition that led to her receiving some of the most coveted awards in the beauty industry including the Beauty Award for Best Makeup Artist in Boston Magazine. She not only won this award in 2007 but was again honored in 2008. While Dani is extremely honored and grateful for all of her awards and accolades from her peers it is her personal love of effecting and empowering everyday women that blesses her most.
